微濾機工作原理:被處理的廢水沿軸向進入微濾機鼓內,以徑向輻射狀經篩網流出,水中雜質(細小的懸浮物、纖維、紙漿等)即被截留于微濾機鼓筒上濾網內面。當截留在濾網上的雜質被轉鼓帶到微濾機上部時,被壓力沖洗水反沖到、排渣槽內流出。運行時,微濾機轉鼓2/5的直徑部分露出水面,轉數為1-4r/min,微、濾網過濾速度可采用30-120m/h,沖洗水壓力0.5-1.5kg/cm2,沖洗水量為生產水量的0.5-1.0%,用于水庫水處理時,、微濾機除藻效率達40-70%,除浮游生物效率達97-100%。微濾機占地面積小,生產能力大(250-36000m3/d),操作管理方便,微濾機已成功地應用于給水及廢水處理。
